Ce programme vise \u00e0 planifier le versement d&rsquo;une subvention du projet de nouveau stade de football \u00e0 partir de 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Glen AP Froutven\" width=\"580\" height=\"326\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/0gbV96SI-pI?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0\u00bb Dans ce programme 545 \u00ab\u00a0Froutven\u00a0\u00bb figurent d\u00e9sormais&nbsp;<br>clairement <strong>10 millions d&rsquo;euros attribu\u00e9s \u00e0 une&nbsp;subvention<\/strong> directe qui semble destin\u00e9e \u00e0 la future soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de <strong>projet de stade de Froutven. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous,&nbsp;on aimerait bien, avant de se prononcer sur l&rsquo;engagement d&rsquo;argent public, deux&nbsp;choses :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Premi\u00e8rement, que soit <strong>diffus\u00e9e&nbsp;au public l&rsquo;\u00e9tude de faisabilit\u00e9 sur la&nbsp;r\u00e9novation du stade de Francis Le Bl\u00e9<\/strong>, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 command\u00e9e par la ville de Brest et sortie en juin&nbsp;dernier, et qui montre une alternative cr\u00e9dible&nbsp;\u00e0 ce projet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Puis, deuxi\u00e8mement,&nbsp;une <strong>pr\u00e9sentation par la M\u00e9tropole du montage financier du budget global de l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration<\/strong> afin&nbsp;de pouvoir juger de la part d&rsquo;argent public dans ce projet et d&rsquo;opportunit\u00e9 de le faire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela nous semble \u00eatre le bon sens, le bon ordre de faire les choses avant de se prononcer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous demandons donc un&nbsp;vote diff\u00e9renci\u00e9 pour qu&rsquo;on puisse avoir un vote&nbsp;sp\u00e9cifique sur cette ligne l\u00e0.
